Comments: Dr. Cecil is the best orthopedic surgeon in all upstate New York. He is an outstanding, caring, and committed physician. It is enough to check his credentials( graduated from Weill Cornell Medical School).He treated me for a shoulder issue years ago, that was resolved very well. I saw him again recently for a swollen, stiff knee. The same day of the appointment he drained the effusion from the knee joint, and gave me a cortisone shot, which provided me a great relief, since I like to exercise outdoors, and I would like to keep doing it without experiencing health issues. Dr. Cecil made a personal phone call to my home to follow up with my condition almost immediately after the procedure, and to discuss the test results, and the diagnosis with me, as well. The tests results confirmed what he had previously told me in his office the day of my visit. I will strongly recommend this Doctor to relatives, and friends. RPR (October 4, 2021)
